Common questions
Is it free for general contractors?
Yes. GCs, builders, remodelers, and property managers never pay for a referral. The trade partner pays a referral fee of 3–10% of the job, set by job size, and only when they win a job I introduced.
How is this different from a lead site?
Lead sites sell your request to as many companies as they can, and you get buried in calls and bids. I work with a network of vetted subcontractors I know personally, and I introduce you to the one that fits your job.
How fast will I hear back?
I usually connect you with the right partner within 24 hours.
What do you check before a partner joins?
Their California contractor's license, their insurance, and their customer reviews. If a partner doesn't meet that bar, they don't join.
Can you help with quotes from my own subcontractors?
Yes. I can request pricing, follow up, and organize quotes for your review, whether they come from your current subs or from partners I introduce.
